The way to "fix" this is to go to > System Preferences > Appearance and turn off (uncheck) "Minimize when double > clicking window's title bar." Actually, I now realize that I had that option turned off until recently. And I view almost all my Entourage messages (99.5% of the time) in the preview Pane so I never double-click them anyway. That must be why I've never seen this. The issue of "Entourage" having the "nasty habit" may not be quite correct: it may be that the OS's perception of double-clicks and the speed "Key Repeat Rate" and "Delay Until Repeat" in the (Panther) Keyboard System Prefs may play a part. It could be that you have it set too slow or too fast (for Entourage, anyway). -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X.
