I just bougbht the RS for my 20D. All I wanted was a way to take a steady picture without shaking the camera. I couldn't imagine what I would do with a timed remote. After hearing someone suggest setting up the camera and having it take a picture every few minutes, I'm really wishing I had gotten the timed remote now.
