So far I've filled out the requested information and received the email with the URL for downloading the software. The URL takes me to the exact same page - no download. I've repeated the process three times now, under both Netscape and IE, with identical results every time. No error message at any point - just a neat little infinite loop. There isn't any helpful information on the IMSI website, so any suggestions about how to proceed would be welcome.
