[EVDL] traction battery insulation

 people talk about complex ways  to keep a battery warm.  with my leaf 
the only cover is a plastic shield.
so air movement while sitting and driving is very open. so put a blanket 
on the battery. so get something like and old sleeping bag and put it 
between the the plastic bottom shield and the battery can , there waybe 
a way also cover the top n sides. then put heating pads on the battery 
thru  back seat access hole.
when warmer days come just take off the blankets. so simple! of coarse 
take off in warmer days.
