Our 2013 Leaf battery heater turns on at 0 deg.F, and turns back off at 14
deg.F. However, it's either a pretty wimpy heater, or the insulation is poor,
because it still can't cope with serious sub-zero temperatures like we get in
Minnesota. We still have to keep the car in the garage to prevent battery
"freezing".
