Leaf battery packs have a resistive heater inside. The BMS can/will
turn it on if the battery pack is getting too cold. If you leave your
car plugged in, it won't drain your pack when it does.
(But I don't think it turns on unless the temp inside the pack gets
quite low, like 32F....)
