Last time I tried to get support on a Windows handheld -- which was, admittedly, years ago (it was an HP Jornada, if that tells you anything) -- I got bounced back and forth between HP and Microsoft several times, with both telling me they didn't support email issues. I never did get support. We returned the Windows handheld and haven't bought another one since. Customers have long memories.
