And re-test. When it works, then you can blame it on a corrupted rule and declare it fixed. I had some users set their junk email settings in Outlook to “safe list only” and “permanently delete suspected junk email”, which resulted in similar mysterious disappearing email which according to all the logs where delivered in the users mailbox.
