Just a quick note.. I went to download these.. and didn't want to click 
on them all.. so a quick way to get them all would be:
wget 
http://www2.cddc.vt.edu/linux/distributions/contrib/texstar/Mandrake-8.2/RPMS/

possibly other fast ways.. but this is the one that came to mind
