From what I've read, over five million people have experienced this on the very first try. In contrast, maybe one or two people who were students of the Swami Rama were able to transcend, in years of practice.

Since we now know the EEG signature of real transcending thru science published in major peer-reviewed journals and replicated in legitimate labs, we'll have to wait and see if it's ever found in TMers.
