Negative can be a pretty subjective thing. Barry loves to find inconsistencies and hypocrisy in the TMO universe. He seems to find 3 or 4 a day, and likes to share them. > And I'd say there's a fairly > obvious ironic cast to much of what goes on > here~~from Barry as well as most of the rest > of us~~and also a desire on Barry's part to > yank a few chains and see what comes out of > the woodwork. :) Which he's quite up > front about. The problem is, as I see it, is that he has gone on record as being a proponet of the " don't be p.o.'d that your buttons are being pushed, be thankful that someone is pushing them." And that is fine, except that I think he feels it applies to everyone but himself. And of course if you disagree with him on that, or most other things, you are just proving his point, whatever it may be at the time. > And, I gotta admit, I find it mucho entertaining > myself to see many of the the silly, overblown reactions > as well as a fairly obvious level of meanness Well, I am almost to the point of looking at it a different way. Like from the perspective of a counting game. Like the quote, "How do I love thee. Let me count the ways". Only in Barry's case it is "how may I cast a less than favorable light on the TMO universe. Let me count the ways". I mean in the last 48 hours alone, we have Dalai Lama comparison, Akido comparison, Dinner Party comparison. Anyway, I'm tired and bored with this whole discussion. > (not necessarily from you, lurk~~in fact, your > responses have been somewhat mild by comparison) to > what are simply his opinions.
