There's a missing novel, Return of the Buccaneer, which has been covered in the FAQ. I switched publishers so Morrow didn't want a sequel to a book published by Bantam (in the states; Collins had all rights in the UK), so we launched with Shadow of a Dark Queen. A lot of that story became backstory about Calis's first trip with Bobby and Nicholas to Novindus, so most of the tale is related in some dialogue between Calis and Nakor.
