The flak from the vioxx, bextra mess crosses party lines though.  I do think 
the timing is best now because millions of people took those drugs and the 
FDA does not look good.

Worth writing, but under this administration I would not have much hope  
that
anything other than lawsuits will do very much about systemic issues with
agencies.
