Ok, I'll take the bait.

My definition of Craft is any handwork that is done with an eye to perfection, skill, and beauty. For me craftsmen/women are people like Krenov or Pye incredible woodworkers IMO. Krenov makes beautiful cabinets, from the carefully constructed dovetails, to the handcarved drawer pulls. Pye made marvelous bowls and other seemingly turned items. The shakers were craftsmen, their furniture and woven goods were incredibly made. I know a few people that can weave the most exquisite fabrics, some of their broken twill or damask is just breathtaking in their beauty and skill.

My definition of Art or in this case Fiber Art is a person that may or may not be a craftsman/woman, that uses the medium of fiber to convey a message. Peter Collingwood's work with macrogauses comes to mind. The lady in England whose name I don't remember that knits reproduction houses of serial killers is another. There was an issue of Interweave knits with all sorts of people doing knitted art, each piece conveying a message. Paul Gaultier and his very funky clothing is another. That for me is art.

Anyway, here's my two cents,
