Nope, that won't accomplish anything. Both DLLs are used by the 32-bit WinFin97, but the problem with NT- based versions of Windows is that this just doesn't work. The only way to run WinFin97 on NT is to us the 16-bit version. But I would still recommend upgrading, in any event. -- David W.
