What might be good is if Finale templates had certain common articulation, expression, staff style, transposition etc metatools pre-programmed. None of us would use them, since we all have set up our own customized metatools, having the metatools pre-loaded, standardized, and listed on the quick reference card would make things easier for beginners.
They DO have many common ones pre-programmed now! As I said, Coda is getting better about this in recent versions. But finding them, and using them, that's the problem. Listing them on the reference card would be a great idea!
