Yes. And I'm using FinMac 2003a.
If you go into update options and ask for systems to flow across pages, you can get rid of the duplicated staff.
Trying to delete the extra system causes even more problems.

Reflowing systems is unnecessary. Just update layout (control U
on PC, command \ on Mac). This caught me a few times before I learned
to do it. Just be sure to be on or before the page you want to update
layout on, as it only works from the page you are on until the last
page.
