Thanks for all the advice, and it seems like everyone's saying the same thing which I thought I had done, but apparently I must be doing this wrong.   Do I simply have page 1 showing on the screen, and hit Ctrl+U with any option selected in Update Layout Options..., or does it matter which option is selected, or do I need to select Mass Edit Tool and ctrl+A first? ----- Original Message ----- From: Christopher BJ Smith To: Herman S. And I'm using FinMac 2003a. If you go into update options and ask for systems to flow across pages, you can get rid of the duplicated staff. Trying to delete the extra system causes even more problems. Herman Reflowing systems is unnecessary. Just update layout (control U on PC, command \ on Mac). This caught me a few times before I learned to do it. Just be sure to be on or before the page you want to update layout on, as it only works from the page you are on until the last page.
