No, you simply use GPO to get the sounds you want and then save as a
.wav file and use a converter program to convert to .mp3.
Now as to why you can't save a GPO file as an .mp3 file, that is a huge
question that MakeMusic will hopefully answer by including that
capability in a maintenance release.
