Is it as easy to print out the manual in 2008's HTML format as it
was in 2006's PDF format?
Yes, some of us print it out.
you can always print from html pages, have you never tried?
it is quite easy to create CSS styles (html) specificly for printing
which give excellent output, much better than the straight print from
the html page, in my experience, it seems that most serious companies
do this.
