The only way I have been able to accomplish this, using Fin2K7, is to
turn on Layer 4 when printing parts and turn it off again when
printing the score. It's a kludge, but it accomplishes what you
want. Go to Layer Options in Finale Preferences and check or uncheck
the box that says show when not active, or something to that effect.
