Unless I missed something else, I didn't find how to have an instrument change "in the middle" of the measure; if you choose "Instrument Change", it applies for whole measures only. I know, if you go from saxophone to flute, you have generally more than one measure to take the instrument. But, however, that was possible in earlier versions, with Staff Style.
