You're here mixing together two things. Column headings is a UI thing,
it's not related to dataset. If you don't have created grid UI in
design time, than columns are named according to dataset columns
(which are named from database columns).

No I mean adding new item *to project*. Right click on project > Add
new item > DataSet > ...
