Really I'm just wishing for a way that I could have "On for all pages"
and disable it for specific domains :) Being able to close it on one
domain is kind of like what I want (but obviously refreshing does it
in).

Anyway, I'm getting tired of complaining about the new activation
model. I can't see it ever working the way I would like to use it, so,
as in 1.3, I'll just work on getting accustomed to this inferior
(imo ;)) model.
