That's fine, you can simply use those same fields to calculate the required URL--something along the lines of:
Open URL [No Dialog; "mailto:"; & AddressField & "?subject=" & SubjectField & "&body=" & BodyField]
Of course you may need to do some text tidy-up and "pre-flighting" depending on the field content.
