If the project really adds (eg.) GitHub as new primary Repo,
then this would be much more easier, and i think it can
even be automated fully.
I mean the Pull Request system of GitHub here.

Actually - if you take a look at there, you can see that - i did it several
times,
and i will continue to do so in the future as well. (unless GitHub is
introduced)
Mainly because of the Merge Request system of SourceForge is unusable.
