search engine for finding DeCSS; it sucks, but the symbolisim can't be
beat).

Additinaly, 2600 still maintains a listing (without any <a>'s) at
http://www.2600.com/news/1999/1227-help.html.  Many sites don't work, but
many do.

I don't think its fear thats keeping people from mirroring it, as they knew
quite well what they were getting into (at least I did; I was banned from
go.com's (again, owned by Disney :) homepages for it but received no legal
threats).
