It sounds like you still have CMYK information in the PDF before it
gets to FusionPro. I can tell this because of what you told us about
the output preview in Acrobat. This only allows you to view such
information and not change it, btw. I suggest going back and making
sure that everything in your original document is spot of black. One
way of doing this is to print separation out of Quark or InDesign.
You should get three. If you get more, you know something is wrong.
