Oooh-boy...I think you might be on to something here Jennifer. This morning will be kind of a mess but I'm going to test this soon. If I am in Quark and go to export as a PDF, I can change the settings (as you've described) in options and then "save" the settings?
Then when I go through FusionPro to export my Quark to a PDf it should retain those settings...keeping my spot colors as they are supposed to be. I'll let you know how it works.
