Since Checkpoint software is "commited to provide the higest quality of
support", I would like to ask one question.  Why is there no 24/7
support?  Considering how widely used Checkpoint Firewall-1 is as well as the
pricetag on this software it is very unusual for Checkpoint not to have even a
single person available to answer a telephone.  All the contact numbers on your
website of the various worldwide offices are essentially useless during
off hours.
