I bought my Pismo form a guy in the US (I'm in London) a few months back.
It arrived with a yo-yo power supply but, just for the hell of it, I decided
to check my serial number on the Apple exchange site.  And guess what?
Apparently my PB is eligible for the program.  Go figure.

In a related note, PBSource are pointing out that the yo-yo power supply
seems to be subject to regular failures - certainly this happened to me.
The end of the cord that goes to the wall outlet shorted out just where it
enters the 'cloverleaf' plug - quite a spectacular fireworks display and
some lovely buzzing...
