I just got the Fantom Drive 120 gig firewire unit from MacMall (fast
delivery! Got here in 3 days using ground delivery!). It's now
formatted as journaled HFS, and I was able to use Drive Genius to do a
full backup of my powerbook's HD. All is well.

Except.....shouldn't I be able to boot from the drive by turning on
the computer and holding down the "T" key? I tried that and I do get
the "firewire" emblem bouncing around the screen, screensaver-style.
Am I missing a step?

Thanks!

later............Howard
