RE;my opinion,as for netscape in os9 for me it just got nearly unusable after version 4.7,now Im useing the latest version with osx and its really working ok on my machine,OSX10.6 PB 800
A great deal of the differences between Netscape/Mozilla running on OSX and OS9 is because of the vastly improved (like 5000% improved :) Java support in OSX versus OS9. Apple never did really get Java to work right on OS9 (and never got it past Java 1.1.4), whereas OSX is one of the stablest Java platforms around.
