Yes, it does load slowly.
But, after loaded, it is lightning.
It downloads pages extremely fast (on dial-up.)
Tabs are a wonderful addition to web browsing, and i find that trying browse without tabs sucks.
Netscape 7.02 does require some tweaking of the preferences.
And it should have a Ram Disc for the cache.
