Hi Shaun, Well, not true. While I suspect most people have at least .NET 4.0 installed that has absolutely nothing to do with touchscreen devices. Microsoft .NET is a programming API designed for rapid development and deployment of applications cross Windows platforms and has nothing to do with touchscreen devices specifically. Neither does having more ram and CPU power. I'm not sure why you would think that.
