I agree.  At least for the moment, I think it should remain.  Perhaps at
some point in the future it could fade away, but at the present time I
think it used far too much to consider removing it.  Even though I plan
to replace my gmetric cron jobs w/ Python modules, gmetric is still very
handy for testing/debugging.
