I looooooove cheese, and I like yogurt, too. I use it to sub for sour cream in a lot of things, but I will stick to the one little pat of butter I put in my grits. And no other dairy products in my grits most of the time. Why gild the lily? ;-)

They are on the internet. Alton Brown mentioned them a few years ago on his show. Oh my. You have to keep them in the freezer 'till you cook them. Make them with half water and half milk.
