I'd like to go more prominent, echoing Philippe. Probably with a pretty large image and link text, or a significant visual hrule with chandler project stuff above and the current osaf stuff below.
No need to even really have the OSAF text above the fold; the primary OSAF effort is Chandler and its weight should really dominate this page.
