I just took a look at the reports setting, and it is not, which means that all our info on this is bogus. I'm going to try and dig into the analytics setup more closely to see if there is a better way to accomplish what we are trying to do.

I was mostly going off of what you said to me. But here's one check.
Look at the total number of visits to www.osafoundation.org for 9/21 to
10/21: 11393
Now look at the number of referrers on chandler wiki coming from
osafoundation.org: 7611. I'm interpreting this to mean that 3782
visits go to www.osafoundation.org, but do not go on to
chandlerproject.org. This isn't a perfect analysis by any means, but
it's a start.

Is chandlerproject.org/ a wiki page, i.e. is it included in your
"referrers on chandler wiki"?
