I was mostly going off of what you said to me. But here's one
check. Look at the total number of visits to www.osafoundation.org
for 9/21 to 10/21: 11393
Now look at the number of referrers on chandler wiki coming from
osafoundation.org: 7611. I'm interpreting this to mean that 3782
visits go to www.osafoundation.org, but do not go on to
chandlerproject.org. This isn't a perfect analysis by any means,
but it's a start.

Google Analytics shows a significant number of people going to
osafoundation.org but not going on to chandlerproject.org. Are
you happy to just have all those people drop on the floor?
I'm definitely not happy having significant droppage. But I'm not
100% sure of my argument for how many are being lost and the
relative sizes. Could we outline this a little bit more? What are
you seeing from reports, Ted?
