Hello, Are you referring to the GIS ChiA-PET track? If so, you may view it on our preview server: http://genome-preview.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg19&g=wgEncodeGisChiaPet
This track does not appear to have p53 data, but you could try contacting the lab (see Credits section from the link above) for more information. Since this track has not yet been reviewed by our Quality Assurance team, we ask users to exercise caution when viewing tracks on our preview server as it contains a lot of experimental data and may undergo changes. Please contact us again at [email protected] if you have any further questions. --- Luvina Guruvadoo UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group On 4/26/2012 1:11 PM, [email protected] wrote: > Hi, > cant seem to find the p53 ChIP-PET from the Singapore group? any help would > be appreciated > thanks > > ===================================================================== > > Please note that this e-mail and any files transmitted from > Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center may be privileged, confidential, > and protected from disclosure under applicable law.
