I know what I am writing. I am writing british English. Has Gabe seen the meat 
from farm pigs ? The size of the fat is thick and so too the size of the meat. 
It does not give you the same taste as our local pigs give. You may not have 
tasted local pig meat.Then try to get the meat of local pigs, make sorpotel 
yourself, taste and then compare with farm pigsalbert
