Fair enough. It is the case, however, that requiring that the user log  
in is not inherently a violation of the TOS, correct? It's only when  
you make that service unavailable to the general public. Free  
registration is still hunky-dory. In my case we allow guests to use  
the service as well, which doesn't even require registration, so I  
guess it doesn't matter, but IANAL and caution is generally in order. ;)
