@John I swore I remember reproducing this, where I saw something was off by
a pixel...but the sample code in the issue doesn't show it.
Maybe I just remember seeing his screenshots, where you can see the
rendered PopupPanel's header has an off-by-one fluke.
Hm. Well, perhaps nevermind then. I was just mentioning it on this CL in
case someone who has thought a lot about this, like John Ahlroos or
yourself, would immediately see what was wrong.
