VMware seems working as you mentioned. iscsi boot failing and after it system booting from CD and thanks for keep-san 1 can see my 40MB empty iscsi disk. ;-)
And here is the next problem: XFDisk: Writing Changes. Please be patient. Writing Harddisk #1. 0% ... and waiting, waiting és waiting.... SOmething was modified on the partition table, because if I reset the VM and restart everything, gPXE complains about invalid partition table. Hmmmmmm.......
