Growl and GrowlMail have nothing to do with each other besides a common set of 
developers. Killing GrowlMail and moving Growl to the App Store are unrelated 
actions.

The App Store has nothing to do with our killing GrowlMail. We were already 
planning to kill it before we decided to put Growl into the App Store.

We're killing GrowlMail because it's a terrible support burden. That's the only 
reason.
