To clarify, the application that we will put in the Mac App Store is Growl 
prefpane + GrowlHelperApp + GrowlMenu (the menu-bar item).

GrowlMail is an entirely separate product, a plug-in for Mail.

GrowlMail creates the notifications and sends them on to Growl; Growl displays 
them.
