Hi,
My rate is set to 65. I wrote a text file that makes this change globally for me. screen_rate key_rate and mouse_rate are all at 65, for me. It would be cool if a script could help take care of much of the most commonly changed global stuff that we all like to change at startup or installation.

For those of you who are having this trouble with the ECI Eloquence, what rate do you have it set at?

I also notice it in treeviews. It is also apparent in Outlook Express.

I am noticing exactly the same thing. It doesn't matter whether I use i b m
viavoice or the builtin elloquents.

Hello,

Another thing that I am noticing while arrowing down quickly through a list view is that WE will not interrupt the announcing of each item right away. So I can be pressing down arrow pretty fast and maybe have pressed it two or three times and it is still saying the item on which I was focused previously. It seems to take a few milliseconds to interrupt. This is with the new beta and built-in Eloquence.
