Hello Raul, In my case, the screen and mouse rates are both set at 50 and the keyboard rate is set at 65. Is this version of Eloquence is the same or similar to that implemented by another vendor, I am hopeful there's some way of resolving the issue as it is, alas, pretty bad at the moment. :-(
