Voice parameters can already be set globally by setting global
settings in the global menu to voice only or voice and verbosity so
you don't have to use text2set for this issue.

Another thing that I am noticing while arrowing down quickly
through a list view is that WE will not interrupt the announcing
of each item right away. So I can be pressing down arrow pretty
fast and maybe have pressed it two or three times and it is still
saying the item on which I was focused previously. It seems to
take a few milliseconds to interrupt. This is with the new beta
and built-in Eloquence.
